Update customers.md (#6076) 
I'd like to spend some time to make the customer page more concise. First steps have been actioned in this PR as follows:

• Updated the page hierarchy with H2 sections
• Reformatted the "Customer success call" section.

I would like to tackle the rest of the page and have scheduled time with @tgauda to understand the concepts described on the page in order to lay it out better.

Headings should only have the first word capitalized unless something is a proper noun or represents an acronym. The Rituals section is already on the Growth page, so out of consistency across all Handbook pages, it needs only to be given the heading "Rituals." This helps keep URLs consistent as well.

@mike-j-thomas We need to discuss what we're considering complete sentences and capitalization of items after a colon that complete the sentence. This page has a lot of examples of how we're currently doing it. It's grammatically incorrect, but just let me know if that's the style choice.
