Add documentation for websocket endpoints (#395) 
Add documentation on the websocket endpoints in the Fleet API. These endpoints allow users to retrieve live query results.

Endpoints added include:
- `api/v1/fleet/results`
- `api/v1/fleet/results/websockets`
