build
$ dpkg-buildpackage -d -tc
  -d             do not check build dependencies and conflicts.
  -tc            clean source tree when finished.

update changelog
$ date -R

check packages
$ dpkg -c *.deb
$ lintian *.deb

todo
make it perfect!
