rb: Spec out Thrift::BinaryProtocolAccelerated [THRIFT-90]
Convert most of the BinaryProtocol spec into shared examples and add specific specs for encode_binary/decode_binary. git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/thrift/trunk@679898 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68
