* source as link instead of button
* fix source link when url has a hash
* new query uses the new layout
* rename url /src => /source...
* when deleting a visualization update the hash

d73130ebac Refactor visualizations: 
The main code doesn't know about individual visualizations and each visualization is contained in its own module. Should make adding/editing/removing visualizations easier.
