Closes: #11915
Changes:
- Deleted `website/assets/fonts/nunito-sans`
- Deleted `website/assets/dependencies/nunito-webfonts.css`
- Updated the quotemark used for large blockquotes in markdown content
to be an image (Previously was using a `"` character with the Nunito
Sans font).
