This feature is off by default due to minor potential security concerns with IdP-initiated SSO (see https://auth0.com/docs/protocols/saml-protocol/saml-configuration-options/identity-provider-initiated-single-sign-on#risks-of-using-an-identity-provider-initiated-sso-flow).
