Website: Update confusing/outdated links. (#16522)

Closes: #16451

Changes:
- Updated the "spin up for yourself" link in the FAQ to go to the
deploying docs.
- Updated the custom idp integration card link to go to the IDP
configuration section of the SSO docs page.
